The unchanging design of the ADVAN Racing GT
has undergone a minor change for the first time since its launch.
Its name is "GT BEYOND"!
- The wheel is made using a die forging process using A6061 aluminum alloy, and is currently the highest performance wheel available. The rim shape is a barrel shape that is compatible with larger brake systems.
- By adopting the barrel rim shape, the outer rim depth is fixed for all sizes, and five different spoke concave shapes are available depending on the rim width, inset, and compatible vehicle model.
- Side cuts are applied only to the tips and crotch areas of the spoke sides, controlling the balance of lightness and strength while also achieving an appearance that is instantly recognizable as BEYOND.
- The company will start with 19 inches, and plans to expand the size range to 20 inches and then 18 inches in the future.
- The logo is engraved on the top of the spokes using a 3D processing machine. The A6061-T6 part of the previous GT Premium Version logo has been changed to the BEYOND logo and engraved.
- All sizes feature knurling to prevent the tire from slipping off the rim.
- A total of four colors are available, including two new colors, Racing Sand Metallic and Racing Copper Bronze, which give the BEYOND a more striking impression to viewers.
The timeless ADVAN Racing GT design has been slightly revised, marking the first update since it was launched.
It's called “GT BEYOND.”
- Adoption of A6061 aluminum and the mold form forging method showcases the state of the art in wheel performance today. The shape also adopts barrel rims to accommodate today's large, high-performance braking systems.
- As a result of adopting barrel rims, the outer rim depth is fixed for all sizes, and five types of concave spokes are set according to rim width, inset, and model compatibility.
- Side cut only where the spokes meet the hub and on their outer ends to optimally balance the need for light weight and rigidity, while at the same time instantly identifying the wheel as part of the BEYOND lineup.
- This minor change was first adopted on the 19-inch sizes and is slated for expansion to 20-inch and 18-inch wheels in the future.
- The logo lettering is milled on the face of the spokes with a 3D NC milling machine. The “A6061-T6” in the conventional GT Premium Version logo was changed to “BEYOND.”
- The processing of anti-tire slip feature reduces tire slip.
- Available in a total of four colors including new Racing Sand Metallic and Racing Copper Bronze,chosen to clearly convey the BEYOND brand impression.
