PRICING
Garage IMMI offers a large number of products, each with manually set prices. Due to fluctuations in international exchange rates and other factors like supplier pricing, shipping, and import duties, displayed prices may change without notice. We apologise e if pricing inconsistencies cause inconvenience; unfortunately, our website cannot automatically adjust prices in real time. However, you can trust that any order placed online will be risk-free in this regard. If your order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, we will issue a full refund. For the latest pricing and availability, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
CREDIT CARD / PayPal ORDERS
To protect against fraud, Garage IMMI only ships to the billing address listed on your credit card. However, many financial institutions allow you to add a secondary shipping address for your account. For special accommodations, please email us at info@garageimmi.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Some products shipped from Japan will have tax and duties covered by us. Some products shipped from Australia may have tax and duties, depending on your country’s regulations, we are unable to tell you the amount. You will need to do your own research regarding this, as every country is different. If you are unsure, please email us at info@garageimmi.com.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some items may be made to order specifically for your vehicle. Special order items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned after an invoice or deposit is paid. Since we need to pay in full to manufacture, all sales on special order items are final. If a product does not meet your expectations, Garage IMMI will work with the manufacturer to seek possible solutions. Products are authentic and new unless stated otherwise, though we cannot guarantee fitment for vehicles from regions other than the intended manufacturer origin.
Customers must check exact product details before placing an order. Product title, number and application must be checked before ordering. Any disputes regarding incorrect product fulfillment must be submitted within five days of receipt with supporting documentation.
Estimated lead times for special orders are only estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Changes in shipping costs or manufacturing delays are not grounds for cancellation. Special order products may have shipping from manufacture already calculated into the cost of product.
SHIPPING AND DAMAGE
Shipping and Damage for items shipped by Garage IMMI from Garage IMMI warehouse
At Garage IMMI, we take great care in preparing your products for shipment. Many items are carefully inspected for damage before they leave our warehouse, while others are designated as "Do Not Repack" (DNR) and are not inspected.
For those items, we often enhance and reinforce the original manufacturer packaging to minimise
the risk of shipping damage.
Upon receiving your items, please inspect them thoroughly, even if the packaging appears intact, before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage to the box, take photos and document the damage upon delivery. If you are unable to officially note the damage with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery, please reject the package. Once you sign for the package as undamaged, we cannot assist with any freight damage claims.
Please remember that items cannot be insured for more than their stated value.
If you need to process a damage claim, you must do so within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot process refunds, reorders, or claims.
All shipped items are fully insured; however, IMMI Garage will not be held responsible for the outcome of any claims, though we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Shipping and Damage for items shipped directly from a manufacturer or third-party distributor
We will do our best to assist you if you experience damage to a shipment from a third party. However, please note that Garage IMMI cannot control the packaging, shipping, or damage claims for any shipment sent by a third party to the customer.
We recommend following the same procedures we have in place for potential damage claims. By placing an order, you agree to adhere to the shipping and damage claims procedures of any involved third parties.
If there are any damages or issues, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll investigate the issue with the manufacturer and work out a solution from there to make things right.
CARBON FIBER & FIBERGLASS PRODUCTS
Handmade carbon fiber and fiberglass products may contain minor imperfections. Unless otherwise noted, these parts often require professional preparation, painting, or clear coating. Warranties on visual defects are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Our return policy varies based on the type of product. Special Orders, Made-to-Order are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
For standard items, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, provided the product is in new condition and original packaging. Please note that for standard items, once a product has been test-fitted, installed, or used, it cannot be returned. Any approved refund will be processed excluding card processing fees, taxes, and duties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incoming stock items, excluding incoming wheels, that are not classified as Special Order or Made-to-Order may be canceled within 7 days of the order date for a full refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee and any card processing fees. Cancellations will not be accepted after this 7-day window.
If you accidentally placed an order, please email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that some orders may be processed or packed before we receive your email, in which case cancellation may not be possible. The card processing fee we incur on your order cannot be refunded.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges; only refunds are available.
For Wheels that require a deposit to order, all sales are final. Once payment is made, we immediately place your order with the manufacturer, as most require full payment upfront. If you request a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to pay in full for a special order/made to order/pre-order products and later cancel, the non-refundable portion equal to the deposit percentage for that product will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable. Cancellations due to manufacturer delays are only permitted if the delay exceeds six months.
Clearance stock or any products marked as 'Final Sale' are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are sold as-is, often at a discounted rate, and are excluded from our standard return policy. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item before buying, feel free to reach out to our team.
Full-priced items and discounted items (excluding Clearance Stock and Final Sale products) purchased during a promotional event are still eligible for our standard return policy.
Are there restocking fees for returning items?
Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Additionally, if returned items are not in brand-new condition, extra restocking or repackaging fees may apply, or the return may be rejected. In such cases, the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, follow the following steps:
- Before initiating a return, please carefully review our return policy. If your item meets the eligibility requirements, please complete a Return Request Form. Our team will assess your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, ship the item(s) to: Garage IMMI, 360 Victoria Street, Richmond, VIC, Australia, 3121.
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs, and are there any specific conditions?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if Garage IMMI or its distribution partners have sent an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. All returned products must be in their original packaging unless otherwise discussed. Packaging that is damaged or deemed “unsellable” may incur a 15% repackaging fee or be returned to the customer.
What is the return address?
Once a return has been approved, customers must arrange for their item(s) to be sent to:

Please fill out a Return Request Form and include it with the returned items.
Can I cancel an order due to manufacturer delays?
Orders cannot be canceled due to manufacturing delays unless the delay exceeds six months. If a customer cancels before this period, their deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
Some items may be specially made to order for your vehicle. These Special Order items and Made to Order Items are custom-made and therefore cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once an invoice or deposit has been paid. Because full payment is required for manufacturing, all Special Order and Made to Order items are final.
Incoming stock items and in stock items/wheels, excluding incoming wheels, that are not classified as Special Order or Made-to-Order may be canceled within seven days of the order date for a full refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after this seven-day window.
Partial Payment Policy
Partial payment is available for select Special Order or Incoming Wheels, allowing you to reserve an item by paying a 40% initial deposit. The remaining balance becomes due once the product arrives at our warehouse. An estimated arrival time is displayed on each product page. Please note that this is only an estimate, actual arrival dates may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Please note that all deposits and full payments for Special Order or Incoming Wheels are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
When your product arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified via email or text, and an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.
Final payment must be completed within two weeks of the product’s arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Delays in payment may incur storage fees. If the full payment is not received within three weeks, the order will be canceled and all payments made, including the deposit, will be forfeited.
Please be aware that Preorder items may experience delays on our end due to factors such as international shipping schedules, supplier lead times, or customs processing. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, these variables are sometimes beyond our control.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is designed to ensure customer commitment to Special Orders and to secure the reserved item.
SHIPPING & ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Items in stock at our AUS or supplier warehouses generally deliver within 3-5 business days. Shipping for Special orders from overseas may take considerably longer. Garage IMMI provides delivery estimates based on historical data but does not guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur due to port congestion or manufacturer schedules, and we ask customers to consider this before ordering.
EXTENDED STORAGE FOR ORDERS / ABANDONMENT POLICY
Garage IMMI offers complimentary storage for orders for two weeks after they are ready to ship. Beyond this period, storage fees apply. Unclaimed items held for more than a year or exceeding their value in storage fees may be claimed by Garage IMMI to cover the accrued costs.
WARRANTY AND PRODUCT USAGE
All products sold by Garage IMMI are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Many items are intended solely for off-road or competition use and may not be compliant with local regulations for street use. Customers are responsible for understanding their jurisdiction's rules, as usage laws vary widely.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Garage IMMI’s photos, descriptions, and other materials are protected and may not be used without a paid license. The annual license fee is $100 per photo or product description. Unauthorised use of our content constitutes acceptance of this policy. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
