Payment Terms for Preorder Items/ Wheels

For Preorder parts, including Backordered, Incoming Stock, Made-to-Order, and Special Order Products, we only accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards and Bank Deposits.

For Preorder Wheels paid using the partial payment option, we only accept Credit and Debit Cards. For Full Payment, you may use either Credit/Debit Cards or Bank Transfer.

We don't accept PayPal or Afterpay for preorder/backordered/special order/made-to-order items or wheels.

Why These Methods Are Not Accepted for Preorders/backorders/special orders/incoming stock and made-to-orders

Some payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay, and similar instalment platforms have strict fulfilment policies that require sellers to ship items within a limited timeframe (usually within 7–14 days of purchase). Since preorder items may involve longer lead times due to manufacturing, international sourcing, or supplier availability, using these services can lead to disputes or automatic cancellations.

To protect both our customers and our business from unnecessary delays or complications, we limit preorder transactions to Credit/Debit Cards and Bank Deposit, which allow for greater flexibility with fulfillment timelines.

This policy ensures secure and efficient handling of customised or future-dated inventory.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Backordered Items

If your order contains a mix of In Stock and Preorder/Backordered/Special Order/Made to Order items, Partial and Full Payment items, only Credit/Debit Card will be accepted at checkout

Payment Terms for In-Stock Items

For orders containing only In Stock items, all of the accepted payment methods listed above may be used without restriction. This helps ensure consistent payment handling and avoids processing issues that may arise from split fulfilment timelines.
