At Garage IMMI, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Our return policy varies based on the type of product. Special Orders and Made to Order items are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please note that once a product has been test-fitted, installed, or used, it cannot be returned.

For standard items, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, provided the product is in new condition and in its original packaging.

Backordered items that are not categorised as Special Order or Made to Order can be canceled within 7 days of the order date for a full refund. Please note that cancellations are not permitted after this 7-day period. Once these items are received, they cannot be returned; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances.

Deposits for Special Order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

For all warranty claims, please provide a valid tax invoice that includes the invoice number, purchase date, and item purchased.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges; only refunds are available.

Return Process

Before returning any item, please complete our Return Request Form below. We will review your request and confirm eligibility.

All requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 24-48 hourrs.

If approved, you must arrange to ship the item(s) to: Garage IMMI, 360 Victoria Street, Richmond, VIC, Australia, 3121.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If we have sent the incorrect item, Garage IMMI will cover return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, eligible refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed.
