1. Earn Points

Members of Garage IMMI Plus Loyalty Program can earn points by completing various action including placing orders, celebrating a birthday, signing up, liking us on Facebook and following us on Instagram and TikTok. Each action earns a specific number of points as outlined in our policy.

2. Redeem Points

Customers may redeem their accumulated points for discounts on eligible orders. Every 1,000 points equals $1 in value. Redemptions are available on orders over $250, with a minimum of 1,000 points required. Points cannot be used on discounted items.

3. Eligibility & Account Use

You must have a registered Garage IMMI account to earn and redeem points.
Points are non-transferable and tied to the individual account holder.

4. Points Expiry:

 Points earned in the loyalty program expire after 1 year. Customers will receive notifications 30 days and 3 days before their points expire, reminding them to use their points before they are lost.

General Terms & Conditions 

• Participation in the Garage IMMI Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Garage IMMI reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
• We may change point earning rates, redemption values, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the program at our discretion.
• Points hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• Any misuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or attempts to exploit the system, may result in account suspension, removal of points, or termination from the program.
• Points earned from orders that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent may be removed from your account.
• Garage IMMI is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or delays that may impact the earning or redemption of points.
• By participating, you consent to receive program-related communications, including updates on points balances, rewards, and promotional offers.
• These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time without prior notice.
