The M&M Honda Front Lip Spoiler is designed exclusively for the Civic Type R FL5, enhancing the bold styling of the factory bumper while adding true aerodynamic function. Available in painted gloss black (Berlina Black) or unpainted FRP (special order, 3–6 months ETA), this front lip lowers the stance and sharpens the FL5’s presence on both road and track.
Developed for high-speed stability, the lip reduces lift and generates downforce during straight-line driving, cornering, and braking. By accelerating airflow underneath, it creates strong negative pressure, pressing the car firmly to the road surface. Additional protruding surfaces at each end streamline airflow around the front tires, contributing to both function and aesthetics.
Constructed from lightweight FRP, the lip features a 3-piece structure for easy installation. It lowers clearance by 25mm at the center and 15mm at the sides, and extends 45mm beyond the factory bumper. With a weight of only 2.4kg, it’s a durable and functional aero upgrade that complements the Type R’s aggressive design.
