The MXP Comp RS exhaust system is designed for Civic Type R FK8 owners who want an aggressive exhaust note, performance gains, and excellent build quality, all at an affordable price point. Built with T409 stainless steel construction and a dual muffler layout with resonator and Helmholtz chamber, it delivers an unmistakable deep tone while effectively reducing drone.
The Comp RS system was developed to balance outright performance with real-world usability. It features a straight-through design for improved exhaust flow, while its adjustable 107.8mm dual wall slant cut tips give the rear end a motorsport-inspired finish. Despite being cost-friendly, the system retains many of the engineering advantages found in MXP’s premium SP Spec line, ensuring both reliability and sound refinement.
