PRL Motorsports Silicone Intake Hose Kit Suit High Volume Intake - Honda Civic Type R FL5
The PRL Silicone Intake Hose Kit replaces the OEM corrugated and pleated inlet hoses with a 4-ply smooth-wall silicone design that improves airflow and throttle response. The original factory hoses use pleats which create turbulence and disrupt smooth airflow, limiting power potential and responsiveness. PRL’s hoses use stepped internal receiving grooves to create seamless transitions and reduce pressure loss.
This hose kit is designed specifically to pair with PRL’s High Volume Intake and Turbo Inlet Pipe for the Honda Civic Type R FL5. No ECU calibration is required, making it a direct-fit upgrade for the FL5 platform.
