R1 Titan Titanium Strut Brace – Honda Civic Type R FL5
The Amuse R1 Titan Strut Bar for the Honda Civic Type R FL5 is a limited-edition masterpiece, with only 100 units produced worldwide. Crafted from TranTixxii titanium, a specially developed heat-resistant alloy by Nippon Steel, this brace is designed and manufactured entirely in Japan by skilled Tsubame-Sanjo craftsmen.
Unlike conventional strut bars, the R1 Titan connects the left and right suspension strut towers in a straight-line layout to maximize rigidity and steering precision. A custom box-shaped bracket is welded (not bolted) to ensure maximum tensile strength and structural integrity of the titanium material.
Each bar features specially bent titanium pipes, seamlessly welded to thick titanium plates a process that requires unmatched craftsmanship to prevent warping and preserve strength. The result is an ultra-lightweight yet exceptionally rigid tower bar that reduces subtle vibrations, sharpens steering feel, and enhances chassis response without compromising weight balance.
Every unit is numbered, making it a true collector’s piece for FL5 Type R enthusiasts.
