Spoon Sports Reinforced Radiator Hose – Honda S2000 AP1/AP2
The Spoon Sports Reinforced Radiator Hose is designed to withstand the extreme demands of motorsport and high-performance driving. Under conditions where engine speed fluctuates violently, standard radiator hoses can collapse like a straw due to suction pressure and vibration. This issue is even more pronounced when paired with a large racing radiator that moves greater volumes of water.
Unlike typical failures from bursting under pressure, hose “crushing” under suction causes immediate overheating and cannot self-recover, even at idle. Spoon’s solution is a hose made from thick SEP material, engineered specifically for the S2000. This material provides exceptional deformation resistance, comparable to aluminum racing pipes, ensuring stable cooling performance under the harshest driving conditions.
