Spoon Sports Rigid Collar Kit – Front & Rear – Honda S2000 AP1/AP2
The Spoon Sports Rigid Collar Kit is engineered to dramatically improve chassis rigidity and handling precision for the Honda S2000. By inserting collars into the subframe mounting holes, it eliminates the factory 2mm gap around the bolts, preventing subframe movement and rattling under load. The result is sharper suspension feedback, reduced steering wobble on uneven pavement, and a more connected driving experience.
Each collar is made from a proprietary alloy, developed and tested through Spoon’s endurance racing program and extensive street driving. The material is designed to slightly crush and conform to mating surfaces, ensuring maximum contact area and stability. It’s strong enough to withstand extreme loads without deforming, yet not overly hard, so surfaces don’t slide against each other.
For longevity, the kit includes specially formulated grease to prevent galling between different metals during installation. Protected by US and international patents, Spoon Rigid Collars are proven to deliver results that counterfeit copies cannot match.
